What We Do
Unique art by unique people.

Whatever the age or ability our student centred approach means that teaching is dynamic and adapts, in the moment, to wherever inspiration takes us. We want Renboga to be place where adults are invited be playful and children are trusted to carry out careful or complex artworks. Students are invited to plan their own personal projects and can choose from an enormous variety of high quality materials. Some might complete a new project each week while others might choose to spend an entire term on one artwork. This means that we can each invest our time and imagination into art that feels important or exciting to us and benefit from observing a variety of Artworks happening around us.

Group sizes are small, allowing for plenty of guidance and feedback from Rosie and other members of the small group as well as a library of art books. In this way we will build on existing skills and confidence, Introduce new materials and techniques and find valuable artistic influences. There will also be a variety of more guided projects for those who prefer a little more structure or quick, satisfying activities to break up bigger projects.
Each session will begin with a low-key starting activity. This will give us a chance to greet each other and settle in while we establish individual projects.
Break times will occur naturally throughout the session and will include home made cakes and hot and cold drinks as well as wood-fired pizza for longer sessions. We might relax and reflect around a fire outside, settle down on the sofa, lounge in hammocks or walk and play around the paddock or admire each other's work.

Renboga is set inside a spacious yurt surrounded by a wild flower meadow so there will be plenty of space for outdoor art and inspirations from nature. Renboga is a mess-friendly place where you are welcome to splat, slather and splodge until your heart's content! Quality materials make quality stains so please wear something that you don't mind getting messy!

If you need any additional support we would love to hear from you and will find a way to make the Renboga experience work for you. Please get in touch by email or phone call to tell us more about yourself and how we can support you. Or if you're slightly outside of the age bracket but would still like to join in please contact us to discuss.
All Renboga artists must complete an enrolment form before coming to the session. If you’ve been to Renboga before and have already completed the form there is no need to repeat it. Click here for the enrolment form.

"They say growing old is inevitable but growing up is a choice. Rosie’s enthusiasm and passion for all things creative will never be tarnished by age. She can relate to the youngest and oldest and can encourage and bring out the best in them. Her classes are fun, educational and bespoke for each group she teaches. She is definitely one in a million."
